Payments Accepted

• We accept payments of Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
• We also accept personal checks (with a 14-day hold for the check to clear)

Shipping Information

• Customers can expect Shipment within 1-2 business days  
• Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service.
• Express delivery 2 Days  $25.00.

• Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer, distributor or supplier to the customers, to ensure quality, price and warranty.
• Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise.
• Returns shipped via United Parcel Postal Service or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
• We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
• The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
• Freight Carriers are responsible for all damaged shipment claims.

Return Merchandise Policy and Cancellation Policy

No orders can be cancelled once processed.

• You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds on return merchandise. 
• A Required Return Authorization Number will be given to return on merchandise package.
• The Authorization Number must be included on package to receive a refund.
